The National Health Ministry decided to plant fruit trees in the federal capital

National Health Ministry has decided to plant fruit trees in the federal capital. According to Federal Minister for Health, Amir Mahmood Kayani, on Tuesday, 1000 fruit trees will be planted in the initial phase. Federal Minister for Health, Amir Mahmood Kayani said that trees of jaman, peach, guava, loquat, and chico will be planted.

He said that the fruit trees will be planted on the green belt of Fazl-ul-Haq Road. Amir Mahmood Kayani said that Ministry of Health and Local population will be responsible for taking care of the plants. He said that Fruit plantations are part of the Prime Minister’s billion tree tsunami project. He said Federal Minister Health Mahmood Kayani has started the first round, and in second round fruit trees will be planted in other places.

The purpose of the campaign was to motivate people to plant more and more saplings as trees play an important role in maintaining environmental health, overcoming globe warming and to make Pakistan a lush green country. By plantation of 10 billion trees, we can protect our next generation from environmental pollution. Planting a tree is Sunnah and charity. The trees are playing a positive role in preventing climate change and increasing pollution.
