Despite the production of wheat in Jhuddo, the flour is still expensive

The public is is very upset with the rising price of wheat flour, because despite the production of wheat in Jhuddo, the flour is sold at Rs 1600 per mound. The purchase of wheat by government has not started yet, mill owners have started stocking wheat by purchasing Rs 1200 per mounds. According to details, in many areas including Jhuddo the production from early crop of wheat has been started from mid-February, which has now increased but buying of wheat by Governemnt has still not started. According to the sources, government procurement of wheat is likely to start from 1st April. Due to delay in purchase of wheat by government the purchase, public are forced to sell their wheat at very low rates.
